RiseMaxx ranks creators and shows a feed of updates based on public creator data, such as follower counts, uploads and live status, read from the platforms’ official interfaces. Rankings and numbers are provided for information only; they can be delayed, rounded by the platform (for example YouTube subscriber counts) or temporarily unavailable.

You need an account for some features. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. A creator can claim their profile and verify accounts on other platforms (for example with a code in their bio, or by logging in with the platform). Only claim or verify accounts that are yours. We may remove a claim, a verification or an account that is misleading, impersonates someone or breaks these terms.

Creators can connect platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, and later TikTok and Instagram. A connection is only made with the creator’s own approval on that platform, uses only the permissions shown there, and can be disconnected at any time on the creator’s own profile. When you disconnect, we delete the stored access tokens and stop showing that platform’s content. For TikTok we read your display name, avatar and your newest public videos (title, cover image, duration, link) and show them on your profile and in the feed with a link to TikTok.

Videos, images, names and other content from other platforms remain with those platforms and their owners. RiseMaxx shows them with their source and a link to the original; it does not download, store or re-host video files. Playback happens on the original platform. The platforms’ own terms apply to their content.

You are responsible for what you post (posts, comments, messages, images). Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading, do not spam, and do not manipulate likes, votes or rankings. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.

VIP memberships, tips and paid messages are processed by Stripe; card details never pass through our servers. VIP is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time; it ends at the end of the paid period. Creators receive payouts through their own Stripe Connect account. Stripe’s terms apply to payments.

RiseMaxx is provided “as is” without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or completeness. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the service, from data supplied by other platforms, or from linked external websites. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
